Responsibilities
- Build new and existing Seller and Account Manager products and services powered by generative AI, agentic AI, cloud computing, and distributed systems.
- Develop AI assistants that automate workflows and tasks for sellers and business users.
- Lead the design and architecture of reliable, scalable systems and services.
- Work with product managers, worldwide business teams, engineering teams, and applied scientists to execute the product roadmap.
- Incorporate developments in generative AI to deliver agentic AI solutions customized for sellers across countries.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of non-internship professional software development experience.
- At least 5 years of programming experience with at least one software programming language.
- At least 5 years of experience leading the design or architecture of new and existing systems, including design patterns, reliability, and scaling.
- Experience mentoring, serving as a tech lead, or leading an engineering team.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent.
- Preferred: at least 5 years of full software development life cycle experience, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations.
- Preferred: experience building generative AI and agentic AI solutions in a dynamic environment.
