Responsibilities
- Develop and deploy AI agents for internal and external business workflows.
- Implement agent behaviors, tools, and integrations using the internal agent-builder platform.
- Design, code, and enhance custom software components across systems and applications.
- Collaborate with product teams to understand requirements and deliver solutions.
- Monitor and optimize agent performance and reliability.
- Participate in code reviews, testing, and documentation.
- Build production-level cloud applications using container technologies and automated CI/CD processes.
- Apply security best practices when architecting SaaS applications on cloud infrastructure.
- Help define and drive the team’s mission, vision, and long-term strategies.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of software engineering experience with hands-on AI/ML project experience.
- Proficiency in Python and Azure AI services.
- Familiarity with LLMs, vector databases, and agent frameworks.
- Experience with cloud-native development, containerization, and automated CI/CD processes.
- Strong experience building production-level systems and applying DevOps best practices.
- Understanding of software development, software testing, and cloud application security best practices.
- Ability to understand complex business systems and learn new technologies.
- Strong written and verbal communication, collaboration, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
- 15 years of full-time education.
