Base Salary
$175k - $250k/yr
Responsibilities
- Lead technical onboarding, proofs of concept, deployment, and post-sales optimization for complex AI/ML workloads with strategic enterprise customers.
- Architect and deploy ML workloads on Kubernetes-based stacks, including Ray and Kubeflow, while balancing performance, scalability, and efficiency.
- Deploy and optimize workloads directly on Crusoe infrastructure at the container and hardware levels.
- Help customers migrate and adapt workloads across AWS, Azure, GCP, and Crusoe, explaining cloud-native and Crusoe-native tradeoffs.
- Conduct customer workshops, live demos, solution reviews, and technical engagements across pre-sales and post-sales environments.
- Relay implementation feedback to Engineering and Product teams and contribute to case studies, solution briefs, and blog posts.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience building and deploying containerized workloads, with deep Kubernetes expertise.
- Hands-on experience with Helm, Terraform, Docker, and multi-node orchestration.
- Demonstrated experience deploying ML frameworks such as Ray, MLflow, and Airflow on Kubernetes for inference and model-training workflows.
- Knowledge of compute, storage, networking, and scaling in AWS, GCP, or Azure, including experience translating workloads across clouds.
- Strong customer-facing technical communication, requirements gathering, stakeholder management, and technical engagement skills.
- Strong Linux and CLI proficiency for operating environments and troubleshooting infrastructure issues.
- Preferred qualifications include experience with Ray, Kubeflow, distributed ML orchestration platforms, Slurm, multi-cloud migrations, and technical content contributions.
