Base Salary
$215k - $300k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build AI agents that drive revenue and improve customer outcomes.
- Automate nuanced tasks across a sales rep's workday.
- Collaborate directly with customers to refine agent capabilities.
- Iterate on agent performance based on user feedback and data.
Requirements
- 5+ years of engineering experience, preferably in a startup environment.
- Production experience with AI agents and rapid iteration based on user feedback.
- Strong opinions about product insights and user experience.
- High agency and comfort in owning outcomes without a clear playbook.
- Proficiency in technologies such as React, TypeScript, Node.js, and Python.
- Willingness to work in-office in San Francisco at least 3 days a week.
