Base Salary
$215k - $300k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build end-to-end AI agents that drive revenue and target a fivefold increase in customer meetings booked during a one-month trial.
- Develop agents for account strategy, prospecting, outbound email, LinkedIn direct messages, gifting, call preparation, and follow-ups.
- Automate nuanced SDR workflows with agents that learn over time, calibrate user trust, and have clear evaluations.
- Work directly with customers through calls and shared Slack channels, then ship improvements based on their feedback.
Requirements
- 5+ years of engineering experience, ideally including work as a technical founder, founding engineer, or forward-deployed engineer.
- Production experience with AI agents, including shipping prompt or tool changes in response to user feedback.
- Strong foundation in React, TypeScript, Node.js, or Python.
- Ability to own outcomes independently in an ambiguous environment.
- Based in San Francisco and willing to work in the office at least 3 days per week.
