Responsibilities
- Design and configure AI-powered solutions using approved enterprise platforms and tools.
- Support conversational agents, copilots, automation workflows, and knowledge-grounded AI experiences.
- Gather business needs from HR leaders and stakeholders and translate them into technology-enabled solutions.
- Create prompts, instructions, knowledge structures, and test scenarios to improve AI solution performance.
- Conduct solution testing, validation, evaluation, and user acceptance activities.
- Monitor solution usage and performance and identify optimization opportunities.
- Contribute to responsible AI reviews, governance, risk assessments, and documentation.
- Develop user guides, training materials, adoption resources, and operating documentation.
- Participate in implementation projects, troubleshoot issues, and resolve solution gaps with technical and business teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Mathematics, Computer Science, Human Resources Technology, Business Technology, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Experience in technology, business systems, analytics, automation, HR technology, AI solutions, or related fields.
- Understanding of generative AI concepts and large language model capabilities.
- Experience with Microsoft 365, Power Platform, Copilot Studio, Azure AI services, or similar technologies.
- Experience gathering business requirements and translating them into technical solution concepts.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, written communication, and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Preferred experience supporting HR, employee experience, learning, talent, rewards, or people-related functions.
- Preferred experience with HR digital transformation, change management, user adoption, organizational effectiveness, prompt engineering, conversational design, knowledge management, or chatbot development.
- AI, cloud, Microsoft, or automation-related certifications are preferred.
