Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain CI/CD pipelines for ML, AI, and agent systems.
- Deploy and operate production ML models and AI agents, including containerized services such as Cloud Run.
- Develop containerization and orchestration strategies.
- Architect and manage GCP cloud infrastructure using Terraform.
- Optimize infrastructure for performance, scalability, and cost.
- Define and evolve the MLOps/AIOps platform roadmap in alignment with AI, cloud, and governance strategies.
- Implement monitoring, logging, observability, evaluation pipelines, regression testing, and drift detection.
- Manage model and agent versioning, rollouts, rollbacks, retraining, and decommissioning.
- Own production reliability, incident response, and on-call operations.
- Operate MCP-based AI agent integrations with appropriate observability, evaluation, and reliability.
- Enable multiple teams to adopt standardized deployment, monitoring, and lifecycle-management patterns.
- Mentor engineers and provide technical leadership across engineering practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is required; a Master’s degree is preferred.
- Approximately 5+ years of experience in MLOps, ML engineering, or cloud engineering.
- Strong experience with Python, Terraform, Docker, and Kubernetes.
- Deep familiarity with GCP and its ML ecosystem.
- Experience with production deployment, monitoring, lifecycle management, reliability, and incident response for ML, AI, or agent systems.
