Responsibilities
- Lead the adoption of test automation and quality engineering best practices.
- Design and implement testing solutions that improve accuracy, efficiency, and reduce manual effort.
- Serve as a subject matter expert and make decisions for the team.
- Collaborate with multiple teams and contribute to key technical decisions.
- Mentor junior team members and coordinate cross-functional testing activities.
- Support testing across the software delivery lifecycle, including automation and release-related activities.
Requirements
- Minimum five years of experience in ServiceNow IT Service Management.
- Proficiency in ServiceNow IT Service Management.
- Strong knowledge of test automation frameworks and tools relevant to ServiceNow environments.
- Experience designing and implementing continuous integration and continuous delivery pipelines.
- Familiarity with scripting languages and automation technologies.
- Strong problem-solving skills focused on testing accuracy and efficiency.
- 15 years of full-time education required.
