Responsibilities
- Design and build enterprise-scale AI, automation, and innovation products.
- Translate emerging technology into production-ready software and commercial outcomes.
- Design and deploy AI infrastructure, agentic workflows, and content pipelines.
- Lead full-stack product engineering across frontend, backend, and infrastructure.
- Create reusable playbooks, toolkits, and patterns to accelerate future delivery.
- Own the product lifecycle from ideation through launch and scaling.
- Define product strategy, roadmaps, and technical architecture aligned with user needs.
- Shape user experience and guide requirements into practical, usable solutions.
- Facilitate stakeholder alignment and mentor teams on product thinking, design, and delivery.
Requirements
- Significant experience delivering complex user experience or human-computer interaction for frontier technologies.
- Experience with team management and mentorship.
- Experience in product leadership, full-stack engineering, enterprise AI, and emerging technology.
- Experience with Laravel, React, Inertia.js, Tailwind CSS, Shadcn UI, PostgreSQL, Hetzner, and Laravel Forge.
