Responsibilities
- Build LLM-based agents on platform scaffolding with tool calling, internal API integrations, state and conversation management, and guardrails.
- Take agents to production on AWS, including containers, deployment pipelines, secrets, permissions, networking, and bank security controls.
- Define and run evaluations before production and monitor quality, latency, and cost with Langfuse after deployment.
- Resolve technical and process issues with Identity, Security, DevSecOps, Networking, and other stakeholders.
- Create documentation and runbooks and transfer operational knowledge to client teams before rotating to the next team.
- Feed lessons from each rotation back into the agent template, deployment pipeline, and observability platform.
Requirements
- At least one LLM-based agent or system taken to production and operated using LangGraph or an equivalent framework.
- At least 4 years of Python backend experience with production services using FastAPI or another asynchronous framework.
- Ability to independently take a service from a repository to production on AWS, including containers, deployment pipelines, and observability.
- Experience with LLM evaluation, tracing, hallucination control, and agent observability using Langfuse or a similar tool.
- Daily use of AI development tools such as GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, or Cursor.
- Ability to quickly understand new team contexts and unblock technical and business stakeholders.
- Clear communication skills and a habit of documenting and handing off completed work.
- Banking or fintech experience is preferred.
- Kubernetes, Terraform, API security with OAuth2 or JWT, RAG, vector databases, MCP server development, Spec-Driven Development, and prior embedded client-consulting or forward-deployed experience are preferred.
