Responsibilities
- Lead the implementation of new features and improvements.
- Ensure high-quality development practices and code standards.
- Foster collaboration within the team and across departments.
- Help design and evolve the MuleSoft architecture and its components.
- Advise technical decision-makers on architectural choices.
- Conduct benchmarks of tools, best practices, and technologies.
- Serve as the primary contact for MuleSoft technology topics.
- Oversee maintenance and optimization of existing solutions.
- Provide technical leadership and support to development team members.
- Enhance team skills internationally and track career development.
- Guide onboarding of experts and develop training plans.
- Advise on team composition and resource allocation.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in MuleSoft development and integration.
- At least 10 years of overall development experience.
- Proficiency in MuleSoft Anypoint Platform and Java/JEE.
- Strong experience in architecture design and solution delivery.
- Mastery of RESTful APIs and REST/SOAP protocols.
- Skills in SpringBoot, TypeScript, and Cloud technologies.
- Good understanding of Front-End development.
- Excellent communication skills in French and English.
- Collaborative spirit and leadership by example.
