Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional pre-sales customer experiences by providing technical expertise.
- Demonstrate how ChatGPT and OpenAI API can meet business needs and deliver value.
- Create and maintain documentation, guides, and FAQs for the pre-sales process.
- Foster customer advocacy by gathering and relaying customer feedback.
- Serve as the first line of defense for security and compliance questions.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in a technical pre-sales role with C-level relationships.
- Full professional fluency in both German and English.
- Thorough understanding of IT security principles for B2B SaaS products.
- Experience with programming languages like Python or Javascript and REST APIs.
- Knowledge of Generative AI and traditional ML solutions, and network/cloud architecture.
- Effective presentation and communication skills for diverse audiences.
