Responsibilities
- Provide technical pre-sales expertise, explain product and API value, and answer product, API, and LLM-related questions.
- Build and present demos, scope customer use cases, recommend architecture patterns, and provide technical advisory for ChatGPT and OpenAI API applications.
- Create and maintain documentation, guides, and FAQs based on recurring pre-sales questions and requirements.
- Gather customer feedback, identify themes, advocate for customers, and contribute insights to product planning.
- Answer initial security and compliance questions, explain standardized collateral, direct customers to relevant resources, and escalate complex requirements.
- Partner with Sales, Customer Success, Security, Product, business stakeholders, and technical teams.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in a technical pre-sales role managing C-level technical and business relationships with complex global organizations.
- Full professional fluency in German and English.
- Thorough understanding of IT security principles and customer requirements for technical B2B SaaS products, including higher-level security and compliance support.
- Industry experience with programming languages such as Python or JavaScript and REST APIs.
- Experience delivering prototypes of Generative AI or traditional ML solutions and knowledge of network and cloud architecture.
- Strong presentation and communication skills for translating business and technical topics to audiences including senior leaders.
- Ability to own problems end-to-end and learn missing knowledge as needed.
