Responsibilities
- Collaborate with customer success and product teams to understand product motivations.
- Evaluate new services, frameworks, and tools for engineering teams.
- Advocate for innovative architecture and solutions to enhance efficiency.
- Write technical architecture designs, contribute code, and review merge requests.
- Develop and refine technical assessments for hiring and mentor engineers.
