Base Salary
$118k - $261k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design and build scalable, real-time chat and multi-agent AI systems.
- Develop agent frameworks, orchestration layers, and workflow automation.
- Integrate LLM APIs and enterprise tools.
- Drive architecture, coding standards, and engineering best practices.
- Build observability, safety, and performance-monitoring systems.
- Mentor engineers and contribute to AI and agentic design patterns.
- Lead the architecture and development of the Platform Chat product in collaboration with product, data science, and engineering teams.
Requirements
- 8+ years of software development experience.
- At least 2 years of experience building AI/LLM-based systems.
- Strong skills in Python or Node.js with TypeScript.
- Experience with AWS, GCP, or Azure cloud platforms.
- Expertise in distributed systems, APIs, and real-time messaging.
- Hands-on experience with agent frameworks, RAG, and LLM integrations.
- Preferred experience building custom AI or agent platforms.
- Preferred knowledge of Kubernetes, GraphQL, or event-driven systems.
- Background in ML systems or AI research is preferred.
