Responsibilities
- Design and implement complex ERP Finance solutions for Commercial Finance Management.
- Develop solutions aligned with product requirements, business priorities, and enterprise standards throughout the product life cycle.
- Research, evaluate, pilot, and drive adoption of new technologies while maintaining the product technology roadmap.
- Provide technical oversight, guidance, and consultation on SAP and ERP technologies.
- Drive successful completion of major projects across products and solve complex, ambiguous problems.
- Act as a product owner and trusted advisor for global product and business stakeholders.
- Manage stakeholder communication, negotiate across viewpoints, and foster collaboration between Informatics and business teams.
Requirements
- Demonstrated experience designing and implementing complex ERP Finance solutions, especially in Accounts Receivable, FSCM, Banking, and Payment Service Provider integration.
- Experience working in complex ERP product teams and driving major project completion.
- Proven track record acting as a Product Owner in large products.
- Informatics and Accounting education and experience.
- Proficient ERP Commercial Finance business process and architecture knowledge, including SAP S/4 Finance and Controlling, SAP S/4 Accounts Receivable, SAP S/4 Banking, SAP S/4 FSCM, Payment Service Provider Integration, and SAP BTP.
- Deep expertise in business analysis and consultancy for ERP SAP Commercial Finance.
- Expert-level knowledge of requirements, data, usability, and process analysis.
- Strong ability to design solutions, maintain technology roadmaps, and lead technology evaluation and adoption.
- Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills, including tailoring messages, negotiation, and driving results.
- Proven ability to foster collaboration between Informatics and business teams.
