Responsibilities
- Provide subject matter expertise in multi-technology infrastructure design and best practices.
- Develop architectural approaches, meta-architectural designs, and solution strategies with internal stakeholders.
- Investigate, plan, coordinate, and prepare feasibility studies for new and modified computer-based systems.
- Assess client needs, analyze requirements, and design methodologies and solutions.
- Participate in presales, opportunity identification, scoping, deal closing, business development, and delivery activities.
- Engage directly with clients, present solutions, and advise internal and external stakeholders.
- Contribute to new service development, market knowledge, and improvements to internal processes, methodologies, and tools.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Information Technology, Business Management, or a related field.
- Seasoned demonstrable experience in a similar role within a large-scale technology services environment, preferably multinational.
- Seasoned experience in multi-technology infrastructure design.
- Seasoned expertise in consulting, client engagement, client needs assessment, and change management.
- Strong client service orientation, strategic business understanding, process management, and ability to work under pressure.
- Scaled Agile certification is desirable.
- Relevant consulting and technical certifications, such as TOGAF, are preferred.
