Responsibilities
- Design and build high-quality frontend experiences for VaiDA and AI-driven enterprise workflows.
- Lead UX engineering strategy and frontend architecture for VaiDA.
- Own interaction design, prototyping, and user journeys for multi-agent experiences.
- Create workflow visualizations and intuitive interfaces for complex technical and data-rich processes.
- Develop reusable UI patterns, components, and design standards for enterprise applications.
- Partner with product, engineering, AI, and business stakeholders to define user-centered solutions.
- Prototype and validate concepts to inform product direction and implementation.
- Advocate for usability, accessibility, responsive design, and design quality.
- Mentor engineers and influence UX engineering practices across teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Human-Computer Interaction, Design, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Proven experience in frontend engineering, product design engineering, or UX engineering roles.
- Strong record of designing and building polished, user-centered interfaces for complex applications.
- Experience translating technical or data-rich workflows into clear and intuitive user experiences.
- Experience owning interaction design and prototyping from concept through implementation.
- Understanding of usability, accessibility, and responsive design principles.
- Experience collaborating with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders.
- Proficiency with modern frontend technologies such as React, Angular, TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
- Experience with interaction design, frontend prototyping, enterprise UI development, scalable design systems, workflow visualization, frontend performance optimization, component-based architecture, and accessibility implementation.
- Preferred experience includes AI-powered products, conversational or multi-agent interfaces, enterprise software, user research, data-heavy workflows, design systems governance, and frontend architecture at scale.
