Responsibilities
- Design and deploy production LLM systems for high availability and performance.
- Develop sophisticated AI agents that integrate with external APIs and maintain state.
- Optimize prompting strategies and implement advanced techniques.
- Build robust APIs and integrate AI capabilities with existing systems.
- Implement evaluation frameworks and monitoring systems for AI accuracy and reliability.
- Optimize AI systems for cost, latency, and scalability.
Requirements
- 7+ years of software engineering experience focused on production systems.
- 1.5+ years of hands-on experience with LLMs like GPT or Claude.
- Demonstrated experience building scalable LLM-powered products.
- Experience in developing multi-step AI agents and complex workflows.
- Deep understanding of prompting strategies and optimization techniques.
- Expert-level Python skills for production AI systems.
- Strong experience in building scalable backend systems and APIs.
- Proven ability to integrate multiple APIs and services.
