Responsibilities
- Build agentic AI applications using foundation models, tool or function calling, RAG, and multi-agent orchestration.
- Process data in real time and integrate AI systems with customers’ existing software and data streams.
- Write clean, maintainable, production-ready code and own it through operation.
- Develop evaluation and testing strategies for non-deterministic AI systems.
- Build CI/CD pipelines and automated tests.
- Evaluate emerging AI approaches and turn promising developments into enterprise-relevant features.
Requirements
- 2–5 years of software development experience, including demonstrated experience bringing applications into production.
- Strong Python and backend skills, including APIs, system design, and testing.
- Experience building LLM-based applications using orchestration frameworks such as LangChain or LangGraph, tool or function calling, RAG, or agent systems.
- Interest in or experience with Rust is advantageous.
- Basic knowledge of machine learning and tools such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, and ClearML is advantageous.
- Fluency in German and English.
- Ability to work collaboratively, take responsibility, solve problems systematically, and continue learning.
