Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Build AI-powered marketing portals, copilots, workflow tools, self-service experiences, and decision-support applications.
- Design, prototype, build, test, deploy, and improve full-stack AI applications while writing and reviewing production code.
- Embed Generative AI, Agentic AI, conversational interfaces, intelligent search, and automation into business-facing applications.
- Create secure integrations with Adobe Experience Platform, Adobe Customer Journey Analytics, Microsoft Fabric, Azure AI services, CRM platforms, and MarTech solutions.
- Build reusable components, APIs, and frameworks that can scale across brands, categories, and global markets.
- Partner with marketers and business stakeholders to drive intuitive adoption and embed solutions into everyday workflows.
- Provide technical direction, code reviews, and engineering guidance to internal and partner teams.
- Collaborate with architecture, engineering, security, privacy, and digital technology teams to align with enterprise standards and AI strategy.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
- 10+ years of software, application, platform, or AI engineering experience, including recent hands-on production application development.
- Strong full-stack development experience with React or Next.js, TypeScript or JavaScript, Python, APIs, microservices, and cloud-native design.
- Experience building and deploying AI applications using LLMs, RAG, copilots, conversational interfaces, and agentic frameworks.
- Experience with Azure, Azure AI services, GitHub, CI/CD, containers, observability, application security, and production support.
- Experience integrating enterprise platforms and SaaS applications, preferably Adobe Experience Platform, Customer Journey Analytics, CRM, CDPs, or MarTech solutions.
- Ability to prototype and build solutions personally while providing technical direction, code reviews, and engineering guidance.
- Ability to translate marketing needs into secure, intuitive, reusable applications aligned with enterprise architecture and engineering standards.
- Advanced degree is preferred.
