Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable generative AI and machine learning solutions for client and internal applications.
- Develop multimodal agents and automate workflows using Python, Databricks, SQL, Docker, and LangGraph.
- Create tooling and infrastructure for deploying AI models on Azure, AWS, or GCP.
- Write clean, maintainable code and document processes thoroughly.
- Present findings and solutions clearly to stakeholders and clients.
- Stay current with advances in data science and generative AI to drive organizational innovation.
Requirements
- University degree with excellent academic achievements in a quantitative or technical field.
- Minimum 2–3 years of relevant professional experience.
- Experience or exposure to consulting, including project work, client interaction, or consulting methodologies.
- Experience with generative AI models or frameworks and MLOps tools.
- Understanding of modern machine learning and generative AI techniques.
- Proficiency in Python for data processing and machine learning tasks.
- Expertise in SQL or PySpark for data manipulation.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms and DevOps practices.
- Excellent communication skills in English and German.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- Entrepreneurial mindset and strong interpersonal presence.
