Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and operate backend services and APIs for advertiser workflows.
- Own features or components end-to-end, including requirements review and post-launch improvements.
- Collaborate with Product, UX, Data, and ML teams to enhance product experiences.
- Integrate with data pipelines to improve analytics and reporting capabilities.
- Enhance the reliability and performance of owned services.
- Participate in design and code reviews to improve team quality.
Requirements
- BS/MS in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience.
- 4+ years of software engineering experience in backend or full-stack development.
- Proficiency in at least one modern programming language such as Java, Go, Kotlin, C++, or Python.
- Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and system design.
- Experience with relational or NoSQL databases.
- Ability to collaborate effectively in a cross-functional environment.
- Fluent verbal and written communication skills in English.
