Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Write and update release notes, end-user, administrator, and developer documentation.
- Build deep customer empathy and improve documentation based on feedback.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product Management and Engineering.
- Perform content analysis and develop documentation plans for new features.
- Evangelize best practices for technical communications across the organization.
- Partner with the training team to promote content reuse and efficient learning plans.
- Work in a content management system to create and deliver content.
- Assist with documentation translation workflows.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in technical writing or a related discipline.
- Ability to apply AI tools to accelerate technical content production.
- Demonstrated ability to write for diverse audiences.
- Experience producing user documentation including installation and configuration guides.
- Familiarity with producing materials across both hardware and software products.
- Strong working knowledge of style guides and industry practices.
- Experience with writing in HTML and markdown editors.
- Project management experience.
- Familiarity with tools like MadCap Flare, Atlassian JIRA, and Adobe InDesign.
