Base Salary
$100k - $160k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design and deliver new features end-to-end from architecture to deployment.
- Collaborate with product managers, AI engineers, and data scientists.
- Integrate with Twilio, AWS, Azure, and internal APIs for call management.
- Enhance system performance, latency, and reliability.
- Provide technical leadership and mentor other engineers.
- Participate in code reviews and on-call rotations.
Requirements
- Strong proficiency in Python and TypeScript/Node.js.
- Deep experience with AWS services like Lambda and DynamoDB.
- Hands-on experience with Twilio Voice and Programmable Voice APIs.
- Skilled in designing RESTful and event-driven APIs.
- Proficient with modern DevOps workflows and CI/CD tools.
- Commitment to automated testing practices.
- Exposure to VoIP concepts and telephony protocols.
- Familiarity with observability stacks and relational databases.
