Responsibilities

  • Provide pre-sales technical support through sales presentations, product demonstrations, consultations, and product capability assessments.
  • Design and implement tailored technical solutions for complex partner and customer challenges.
  • Create and deliver technical enablement plans for key partners aligned with Red Hat’s strategic goals.
  • Coordinate Red Hat product specialists and support teams to drive customer adoption and satisfaction.
  • Conduct workshops, demonstrations, pilot projects, and rapid prototypes with partners.
  • Mentor junior solution architects and promote technical best practices and innovation.

Requirements

  • In-depth knowledge of products and applications sufficient to provide technical expertise to sales staff, partners, and customers.
  • Ability to independently address complex technical challenges and coordinate activities through successful project completion.
  • Ability to create implementation specifications and tailored solutions based on customer requirements.
  • Ability to lead technical enablement, workshops, demonstrations, and partner-facing pilot projects.
  • Ability to mentor team members and provide guidance on technical best practices.
