Responsibilities
- Drive Oracle EPM Cloud Planning solutions for financial planning, forecasting, analytics, and reporting.
- Partner with business stakeholders and IT teams to translate requirements into scalable technology solutions.
- Improve and automate Excel-based finance processes and controls.
- Manage EPM metadata, dimensions, reporting artifacts, calculation scripts, business rules, and data integrations.
- Provide production support, troubleshooting, and user training.
- Support SOX, ITGC, and financial audit activities.
- Contribute to cross-functional delivery efforts supporting monthly, quarterly, and annual enhancements.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and relevant professional experience.
- At least 7 years of hands-on experience with Oracle EPM Cloud Planning and enterprise financial planning solutions.
- Strong SQL and data analysis skills.
- Experience with Smart View, HFR, OAC, and/or OBIEE.
- Strong project management, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills in Agile delivery environments.
- Working knowledge of HFM/FCCS, FDMEE, OAC/Essbase, and scripting or automation tools.
- An MBA, master’s degree, or other advanced degree is a bonus.
- Additional experience with intercompany eliminations, financial consolidations, SAP technologies, identity and access management, SSO, MFA, and Active Directory is preferred.
- Bilingual proficiency in Japanese and/or Spanish is a bonus.
