Responsibilities
- Lead Microsoft Azure expert teams and provide guidance and support to achieve project goals.
- Provide IT consulting across the Microsoft Azure domain.
- Lead Azure-centered projects and build a positive team environment.
- Perform hands-on work across customer negotiations, requirements definition, design, construction, operations, and maintenance.
- Develop and promote strategies to improve team performance and project outcomes.
- Manage project planning, execution, and delivery within schedule and budget.
- Understand customer needs through presales activities and propose suitable cloud solutions.
- Build customer relationships and support business growth, including strategic proposals to CxO-level executives.
- Lead employee education and continuous team learning and development.
- Participate in organizational operations and address internal organizational challenges.
Requirements
- Experience solving customer problems or providing consulting related to public cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP.
- Experience defining requirements and designing or building public-cloud, PaaS-based, on-premises, or private-cloud infrastructure.
- Presales experience, including customer proposals, project formation, ongoing customer relationship building, technical discussions with internal stakeholders, or development and operation of customer offerings.
- Leadership experience in project management, team management, stakeholder negotiation, or managerial duties including personnel evaluations.
- Business-level Japanese proficiency at JLPT N1 level for candidates whose native language is not Japanese.
- Experience creating documents using Office applications such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Strong leadership, team management, consulting, communication, strategic thinking, problem-solving, financial awareness, budget management, adaptability, and continuous-improvement skills.
