Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end Salesforce Data 360 delivery across batch, streaming, API, and Zero Copy ingestion, data modeling, identity resolution, segmentation, and activation.
- Design and govern Data 360 solutions, DMOs, relationships, data streams, transforms, calculated insights, and enterprise data architecture alignment.
- Guide technical teams in building, configuring, deploying, and optimizing scalable Data Cloud solutions.
- Serve as the primary technical and delivery point of contact and provide estimates, delivery plans, status updates, and technical design reviews.
- Partner with business, marketing, analytics, and IT stakeholders to translate requirements into actionable technical designs and roadmaps.
- Drive UAT, go-live readiness, post-production optimization, and defect resolution while enforcing performance, security, scalability, and governance standards.
- Support adoption of Agentforce, Einstein AI, Zero Copy, Semantic Layer, and Document AI capabilities.
Requirements
- At least 7.5 years of professional experience is required.
- 8–10 years of Salesforce experience and 1–2 years of Data 360 implementation experience are required.
- Strong hands-on enterprise experience with Salesforce Data Cloud/Data 360, including Data Streams, DMOs, Identity Resolution, Data Transforms, Calculated Insights, Segmentation, and Activation.
- Advanced SQL skills for analytics and Calculated Insights, plus experience with APIs, JSON, event data, cloud data platforms, and data integration pipelines.
- Experience integrating Data Cloud with Marketing Cloud, Sales Cloud, and Service Cloud is preferred.
- Knowledge of Marketing Cloud Journeys, Contact Builder, Salesforce Personalization, Agentforce, and Einstein AI is preferred.
- Salesforce Data Cloud Consultant and Salesforce Administrator certifications are mandatory.
- Agentforce Specialist, Salesforce AI Associate, and Salesforce Platform Data Architect certifications are preferred.
- 15 years of full-time education and experience working with enterprise customers are required.
- Proven technical team leadership, communication, decision-making, problem-solving, and ability to balance hands-on work with team leadership are required.
