Base Salary
$110k - $160k/yr
Responsibilities
- Create backend code and connect to third-party SOAP and RESTful APIs.
- Design, write, debug, and maintain high-quality software applications.
- Develop new products and add functionality to existing software systems.
- Analyze user needs and workflows to create easy-to-use interfaces.
- Research current web developments and technologies and advise the development team on usability.
- Collaborate with developers inside and outside the primary department on software design and development.
- Recommend product revisions and enhancements.
Requirements
- At least 4 years of experience with C# and the .NET ecosystem.
- Strong expertise in C#, .NET Core, .NET 5+, and ASP.NET MVC/Web API.
- Experience with full-stack software development, ORM technologies including Entity Framework, and database design with MS SQL.
- Experience designing and consuming SOAP and RESTful web services.
- Experience with JavaScript SPA frameworks, including React.
- Familiarity with modern unit, integration, and regression testing frameworks.
- Proficiency with Git and collaborative version control.
- Understanding of microservice architecture and experience working within Agile methodologies.
- Strong debugging, problem-solving, attention-to-detail, teamwork, and independent work capabilities.
- Preferred knowledge of MongoDB, Docker, and Kubernetes.
- Bonus knowledge of JavaScript, React, SQL beyond MS SQL, and Python.
