Responsibilities
- Guide clients through Workday HCM transformation, implementation, and operation phases.
- Gather requirements, facilitate design sessions, recommend solutions, and make configuration decisions based on business needs and best practices.
- Configure and test Workday business processes, security, integrations, and tenant-to-tenant configuration migrations.
- Support data conversion by mapping data sources into templates and loading customer data through iLoads.
- Engage clients throughout projects, manage communication and expectations, and support transitions from legacy systems.
- Lead projects or serve as a Collaborative, Workday Product Partner Lead, or DA Reviewer.
- Mentor consultants and analysts and participate in internal training and knowledge-sharing activities.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Human Resources Management, HRIS, or a related field.
- 2+ years of Workday functional implementation experience is highly desired.
- 2–5 years of experience in Human Resources, Payroll, or Financial software is required.
- 2–5 years of experience implementing functional solutions with ERP or SaaS software is highly desired.
- Experience gathering business requirements, designing and prototyping, testing, and implementing practical business solutions under multiple deadlines.
- Demonstrated functional experience in Human Resources, Payroll, or Financials Management.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong communication, presentation, customer service, collaboration, and customer-expectation management skills.
