Responsibilities
- Identify manual, repetitive, or slow processes and build AI-powered tools and automations to improve them.
- Design and build LLM-based agents that use tools and complete multi-step tasks autonomously.
- Own AI projects end-to-end, from scoping business problems through design, implementation, launch, and iteration.
- Integrate LLMs and agents with internal systems and third-party tools.
- Work with team leads to identify high-impact AI opportunities and translate them into working products.
- Measure productivity and efficiency gains and iterate based on real-world usage.
Requirements
- Strong, proven production experience with LLMs, including prompting, fine-tuning, RAG, or agent-based systems.
- Deep knowledge of agent frameworks and multi-step, tool-using workflows.
- Demonstrated experience shipping tools or automations that measurably improved company productivity or performance.
- Strong Python skills and experience integrating APIs, webhooks, and third-party tools.
- Ability to identify high-leverage business automation opportunities and work autonomously in fast-moving environments.
- Clear communication skills with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with paid or organic acquisition data, such as campaigns, channels, or attribution, is a strong plus.
- Experience with LangChain, LlamaIndex, CrewAI, n8n, Zapier, Make, data pipelines, dashboards, reporting systems, or startup environments is preferred.
