Responsibilities
- Partner with leadership to turn emerging product concepts into working prototypes across Salesforce, Slack, and external platforms such as Claude.
- Architect end-to-end demo environments and multi-product flows using Apex, Lightning Web Components, flows, and platform automation.
- Create reusable demo guides, toolkits, and training that enable global teams to run live demonstrations with less centralized support.
- Own technical readiness for keynote events, including rehearsals, live show support, and coordination with product and engineering teams on timing, constraints, and risk.
- Provide hands-on support during high-pressure event preparation, including technical explanations, bug fixes, and demo-flow changes.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of hands-on Salesforce platform experience in development, administration, or solution architecture at a senior level.
- Strong skills in Apex, Lightning Web Components, flows, declarative automation, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Experience prototyping ambiguous, early-stage concepts for executive audiences across multiple platforms and building enablement tools for distributed teams.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with marketing, design, executives, product, and engineering stakeholders.
- Ability to work under extreme time pressure, support high-stakes deadlines, travel at least 33% of the time, and work flexible hours during event preparation.
- A related technical degree is required.
- Experience with live product demonstrations for large audiences, Agentforce, AI agents, agentic architectures, Slack platform development, Tableau, Data Cloud, data integration platforms, storytelling, presentation design, media production, or event production is preferred.

- The stated base salary range is $148,500-$223,900 annually, or $178,900-$246,000 annually in select San Francisco and New York City metropolitan areas; compensation figures are excluded from benefit details.
