Base Salary

$152k - $221k/yr

Responsibilities

  • Drive technical wins for complex Cloud AI workloads and support adoption from technical evaluation through customer ramp.
  • Develop and prototype functional, customer-tailored solutions, proofs of concept, and demos to secure customer buy-in.
  • Provide deep technical consultation and act as a technical advisor while building lasting customer relationships.
  • Create reusable solutions and assets from customer engagement learnings with the Go-To-Market team.
  • Document, prioritize, and drive resolution of customer feature requests and issues with Product and Engineering teams.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 10 years of experience with cloud-native architecture in a customer-facing or support role.
  • Experience with machine learning model development or deployment.
  • Experience with AI agent orchestration frameworks, agentic design patterns, or integrating models into autonomous workflows through advanced API prompting or RAG.
  • Experience engaging with and presenting to technical stakeholders and executive leaders.
  • Preferred: Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a technical field.
  • Preferred: Experience building machine learning solutions, scalable distributed systems, emerging cloud technologies, deep learning frameworks, AI accelerators, model architectures, or machine learning APIs.

Benefits

  • US base salary of $152000-$221000, plus a 42.86% bonus target, equity, and benefits.
