Responsibilities
- Build high-converting web experiences in Webflow.
- Own the development of landing pages, conversion funnels, and website features.
- Develop technical infrastructure that powers growth through integrations and automation.
- Design and implement A/B testing frameworks and personalization engines.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to translate business goals into technical solutions.
- Push technical boundaries while maintaining reliability and performance.
Requirements
- 5+ years of professional web development experience, with at least 3 years focused on conversion.
- Expert-level Webflow development skills, including advanced CMS and custom code integration.
- Strong programming fundamentals in JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
- API integration expertise, including REST API clients and webhooks.
- Experience with modern web development tools and frameworks like Git, Node.js, and React.
- Proven track record of improving conversion rates through technical implementations.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills with a systems mindset for maintainable code.
