Responsibilities

  • Onboard customers to Mistral products and provide guidance on deployment, integration, and production setup.
  • Deploy and scale AI applications across consumer and industrial use cases.
  • Own end-to-end customer projects spanning GPU infrastructure, cloud and on-premises infrastructure, backend and frontend interfaces.
  • Collaborate with researchers, AI engineers, and product engineers on inference, fine-tuning, deployment, scaling, and open-source codebases.
  • Participate in pre-sales calls, understand customer needs, and explain Mistral technologies to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Fluency in English and Korean.
  • Bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 8+ years of experience in a DevOps or Site Reliability Engineering role.
  • Experience deploying and managing AI-based products in production environments.
  • Fluency in Python.
  • Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, automated deployment tools, AWS, Azure, GCP, on-premises infrastructure, and infrastructure-as-code tools such as Terraform or Ansible.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly.
  • Preferred experience as a Customer Engineer, Forward Deployed Engineer, Sales Engineer, Solutions Architect, or Technical Product Manager.
  • Preferred familiarity with PyTorch or TensorFlow and contributions to DevOps or AI open-source projects.
