Responsibilities
- Act as the technical customer advocate within Cloudflare.
- Collaborate with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Customer Support teams.
- Design fit-for-purpose solutions and adoption roadmaps for customers.
- Drive customer success by creating scalable solutions.
- Manage projects, work to deadlines, and prioritize competing demands.
Requirements
- Business fluency in German is preferred.
- Strong understanding of Internet fundamentals and technologies.
- Ability to explain complex technical concepts in simple terms.
- Experience in a pre-sales or consulting role is a plus.
- Familiarity with scripting languages like Python or JavaScript is beneficial.
