Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Develop quality Java backend software using clean-code principles and Blue Yonder standards.
- Write effective test cases and participate in performance benchmark testing.
- Autonomously select and implement backlog issues, contribute to individual-story designs, and perform small refactorings.
- Identify operational issues, plan and perform routine changes, resolve limited-scope incidents, and handle service requests.
- Participate in backlog grooming, planning, stand-ups, retrospectives, code reviews, and continuous integration activities.
- Incorporate information security considerations into development work and understand impacts on other teams and customers.
- Onboard new team members, help develop junior engineers, and assist associates with implementation and operational issues.
Requirements
- Understanding of basic functional and technical software-component requirements.
- Ability to solve problems, innovate, communicate impediments, and seek support when needed.
- Understanding of the team’s product domain, vision, service functions, and the effect of resource consumption on SaaS profitability.
- Ability to autonomously perform development and routine operational work and contribute effectively in a collaborative team environment.
