Responsibilities
- Investigate complex customer-reported backend software issues from analysis through implementation and validation.
- Develop code fixes and contribute to the stability, reliability, and evolution of the Security Management platform.
- Troubleshoot production issues in collaboration with Technical Support and cross-functional R&D teams.
- Use Java, Spring, PostgreSQL, and C++ to develop backend solutions.
- Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, and knowledge sharing.
- Use AI-powered development tools to improve productivity, investigations, and software quality.
- Provide customer support coverage during weekends when needed to support continuous service across time zones.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of backend software development experience.
- Strong Java development skills.
- Experience with Spring or Spring Boot and relational databases such as PostgreSQL.
- Solid understanding of Linux environments, debugging, and troubleshooting complex software systems.
- Experience with software design, object-oriented programming, and clean coding practices.
- Familiarity with networking concepts or information security is advantageous.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and cross-team collaboration skills.
- Curiosity, ownership, continuous learning, and effective use of AI-assisted development tools.
- Must be eligible to work in the United States without employer sponsorship now or in the future.
