Responsibilities
- Define and drive the technical direction and long-term architecture of the platform.
- Own high-impact initiatives that can change the company’s trajectory.
- Design and evolve core platforms for lifecycle management and AI-driven workflows.
- Stay close to emerging technologies and apply them to create leverage.
- Set high engineering standards and influence architecture decisions.
- Mentor engineers and tech leads to raise the technical bar.
- Collaborate with Product, Analytics, and Ops to align systems with business needs.
- Dive deep into architecture and critical systems to accelerate progress.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience building and scaling complex systems.
- Proven track record of owning architecture for large-scale platforms.
- Strong experience in distributed systems and backend architecture.
- Expertise in data modeling and system design for complex workflows.
- Ability to drive technical direction and influence at the organizational level.
- Experience mentoring senior engineers and leading through influence.
- Strong judgment in balancing long-term architecture with fast-paced execution.
