Base Salary
$180k - $230k/yr
Responsibilities
- Set the technical direction for quality across Dealpath’s engineering organization.
- Build and own Dealpath’s AI evals practice, creating necessary infrastructure and metrics.
- Champion AI-forward quality engineering and coach the QE community.
- Drive the production-quality feedback loop and own blameless postmortems.
- Coach and grow embedded Quality Engineers across delivery teams.
- Influence practice adoption across multiple teams through technical credibility.
- Collaborate with VP Engineering and Engineering Managers to evolve quality culture.
Requirements
- 7+ years in Quality Engineering, SDET, or equivalent software engineering roles.
- Hands-on experience in automation frameworks and modern SaaS environments.
- Experience driving quality practices across multiple teams without direct authority.
- Skilled in building evals for LLM-based or agentic features.
- Proficient in modern automation frameworks like Playwright or Cypress.
- Experience with blameless postmortems and structured RCA practices.
- Comfortable with observability and product analytics platforms.
- Excellent communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
- Fluent in AI-assisted development tools and practices.
