Responsibilities
- Design and configure Workfront intake workflows, project lifecycles, portfolios, programs, and projects for supply chain and operations teams.
- Develop Workfront custom forms, calculated fields, dashboards, reports, automation rules, and approval flows.
- Build Workfront integrations with ticketing platforms, collaboration suites, and data warehouses.
- Optimize Workfront resource management capabilities for capacity planning, workload balancing, and staffing alignment.
- Conduct requirements workshops, translate business needs into design specifications, and validate delivered solutions.
- Perform unit testing, system testing, and user validation of Workfront configurations.
- Provide production support, troubleshoot issues, manage configuration changes, and guide users on best practices.
- Document configurations, process flows, and operating procedures for support teams and future developers.
- Collaborate with program management and supply chain stakeholders on enhancement priorities and roadmaps.
- Monitor usage metrics, gather feedback, and propose continuous improvements.
Requirements
- At least five years of hands-on Workfront configuration, development, administration, and platform delivery experience.
- Five to eight years of overall hands-on delivery experience.
- Strong understanding of project management practices and terminology, including translating workflows and governance structures into Workfront solutions.
- Experience creating Workfront reports, dashboards, and custom forms for business decision-making.
- Experience with requirements gathering, solution documentation, stakeholder communication, testing, and production support.
- Understanding of supply chain and operations processes is desirable.
- Experience in program management environments coordinating multiple projects is desirable.
- Ability to work effectively in a hybrid model and support global teams across locations.
