Base Salary
$174k - $233k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design and write code for key roadmap features related to budget controls and spend visibility.
- Contribute to the technical design of the self-service spend management platform.
- Build relationships with engineers and partners in Product, Design, and Analytics.
- Ensure the accuracy and reliability of systems that manage financial transactions.
- Engage in code reviews, design discussions, and 1:1 pairing to enhance team skills.
- Utilize cutting-edge GenAI tools to improve spend management processes.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience building and shipping business-critical back-end services.
- Proficiency in .NET and AWS or a comparable object-oriented/cloud stack.
- Ability to integrate generative AI tools into workflows for automation and innovation.
- Strong bias toward correctness and reliability in money-moving systems.
- Excellent communication skills to keep stakeholders informed.
- A mindset of humility and respect for all individuals.
