Base Salary
$125k - $150k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build frontend experiences that drive self-serve conversion, including upgrade modals and in-product CTAs.
- Own the frontend side of the growth experimentation stack, implementing feature flags and A/B test variants.
- Create onboarding experiences that help customers reach activation milestones faster.
- Ensure clean and reliable event tracking for accurate measurement of activation and conversion.
- Contribute to core product work as needed to maintain consistency across the platform.
Requirements
- 2-4 years of professional full stack engineering experience with a frontend emphasis, primarily in React.
- Experience building UI that impacts user conversion or monetization.
- Hands-on experience with feature flagging and A/B testing infrastructure.
- Comfort with analytics instrumentation and event tracking tools.
- Experience using AI tools as a core part of the development workflow.
- Strong collaboration skills and ability to work closely with product teams.
