Responsibilities

  • Develop, maintain, and enhance scalable, modular, and cross-platform test automation frameworks.
  • Design and implement an AI-driven test engine that generates test scenarios and optimizes test execution.
  • Build backend services, APIs, orchestration logic, workflow management, and result-processing capabilities.
  • Create frontend interfaces for configuring tests, monitoring execution, and visualizing results.
  • Develop and maintain reusable automation scripts, utilities, and test libraries across UI, API, database, and potentially mobile or desktop applications.
  • Define automation strategies with QA leads and developers and integrate testing into CI/CD pipelines.
  • Execute automated tests, analyze failures, troubleshoot root causes, and maintain test cases and pipelines as applications evolve.
  • Collaborate with developers, QA engineers, DevOps, and product owners, mentor junior team members, and conduct code reviews.
  • Manage basic test data and environments, document automated tests, and maintain test coverage and status in tracking tools.

Requirements

  • Hands-on experience with at least one of React.js, Next.js, .NET, Java, JavaScript, Python, or Kotlin.
  • Hands-on experience testing or developing APIs and proven experience building test frameworks and applications.
  • Experience with API automation testing, microservices solutions, Git, and CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps or similar tools.
  • Experience with Docker or similar technologies, DevOps practices, and cloud solutions such as Azure or AWS.
  • Experience with Robot Framework, Selenium Grid, and reporting tools such as Grafana or Report Portal.
  • Preferred experience testing e-commerce order fulfillment, particularly SAP Commerce Cloud (CCv2) and SAP ECC SD/MM.
  • Experience working in an Agile environment and independently driving assigned work.
  • Strong cross-functional communication, collaboration, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
