Responsibilities
- Work through accessibility audit findings, triaging and prioritizing fixes.
- Remediate WCAG 2.1 AA issues across the Brisk Extension and web app.
- Collaborate with design and engineering teams to upgrade components for accessibility.
- Verify fixes through real user experiences and automated tooling.
- Document accessibility patterns for future reference.
- Utilize AI tools to enhance productivity in triage and remediation.
Requirements
- Strong frontend engineering experience, primarily in React and TypeScript.
- Proven track record of shipping production UI work with attention to detail.
- Familiarity with semantic HTML, ARIA, and keyboard interactions.
- Experience working within a design system or shared component library.
- Proficiency with browser developer tools for accessibility debugging.
- Solid understanding of CSS and layout fundamentals.
