Base Salary

Responsibilities

Design, develop, enhance, and deploy scalable Salesforce solutions across various cloud environments.
Develop and maintain custom Apex classes, triggers, and asynchronous processing frameworks.
Build responsive Lightning Web Components leveraging JavaScript and Salesforce services.
Configure Salesforce using declarative capabilities like Flows and validation rules.
Support integrations between Salesforce and external systems using REST/SOAP APIs.
Conduct unit testing, integration testing, and deployment validation activities.
Implement and maintain Salesforce security architecture including Profiles and Permission Sets.
Support data migration and cleansing using tools like Data Loader and ETL platforms.
Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Engage in client-facing discussions and provide guidance on technical solutions.
Support source control and deployment management processes using DevOps tools.
Maintain accurate project documentation and ensure compliance with Salesforce governance.

Active Salesforce Platform Developer I certification is required.
5–8+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience in enterprise environments.
Proven experience with Public Sector and Government Cloud Salesforce implementations.
Strong expertise in Apex development, Lightning Web Components, and Salesforce Flows.
Experience integrating Salesforce with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs.
Strong understanding of Salesforce platform architecture and data modeling principles.
Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and modern front-end development principles.
Experience working within Agile/Scrum software delivery environments.
Strong communication and collaboration skills for client-facing discussions.
