Base Salary
$130k - $165k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, enhance, and deploy scalable Salesforce solutions across various cloud environments.
- Develop and maintain custom Apex classes, triggers, and asynchronous processing frameworks.
- Build responsive Lightning Web Components leveraging JavaScript and Salesforce services.
- Configure Salesforce using declarative capabilities like Flows and validation rules.
- Support integrations between Salesforce and external systems using REST/SOAP APIs.
- Conduct unit testing, integration testing, and deployment validation activities.
- Implement and maintain Salesforce security architecture including Profiles and Permission Sets.
- Support data migration and cleansing using tools like Data Loader and ETL platforms.
- Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Engage in client-facing discussions and provide guidance on technical solutions.
- Support source control and deployment management processes using DevOps tools.
- Maintain accurate project documentation and ensure compliance with Salesforce governance.
Requirements
- Active Salesforce Platform Developer I certification is required.
- 5–8+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience in enterprise environments.
- Proven experience with Public Sector and Government Cloud Salesforce implementations.
- Strong expertise in Apex development, Lightning Web Components, and Salesforce Flows.
- Experience integrating Salesforce with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce platform architecture and data modeling principles.
- Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and modern front-end development principles.
- Experience working within Agile/Scrum software delivery environments.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills for client-facing discussions.
