Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Design, develop, enhance, and deploy scalable solutions across Salesforce Government Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
- Develop Apex classes, triggers, batch and scheduled jobs, Queueable Apex, asynchronous processing, and Lightning Web Components.
- Configure Salesforce Flows, validation rules, approval processes, dynamic forms, record types, page layouts, custom metadata, and security controls.
- Build integrations with external enterprise systems using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, and web services.
- Develop unit and integration tests, validate deployments, and maintain Salesforce coding standards and test coverage.
- Support data migration, transformation, cleansing, and bulk data management using Data Loader, Workbench, and related tools.
- Collaborate with architects, business analysts, QA teams, project managers, delivery teams, and client stakeholders.
- Participate in client-facing workshops, technical discussions, solution reviews, Agile/Scrum activities, and release planning.
- Support version control, automated deployments, and CI/CD processes using tools such as Git, Gearset, Jenkins, and Azure DevOps.
- Maintain technical documentation, estimates, solution specifications, and project delivery records while aligning with security, scalability, performance, governance, and compliance standards.
Requirements
- Active Salesforce certification with Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I required.
- 5–8+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience supporting enterprise applications and complex implementations.
- Demonstrated experience delivering Salesforce solutions for public-sector clients, including Government Cloud implementations.
- Advanced experience with Apex, batch and asynchronous processing, Lightning Web Components, Salesforce Flows, Salesforce configuration, architecture, data modeling, and platform development patterns.
- Experience developing integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware technologies, and web services.
- Experience configuring Salesforce security architecture, including Profiles, Roles, Permission Sets, Sharing Rules, Organization-Wide Defaults, and field-level security.
- Proficiency with JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and modern front-end development practices.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum delivery environments and collaborating with technical, functional, and client-facing teams.
- Strong communication, consultative problem-solving, technical solution design, and client stakeholder engagement skills.
- Preferred qualifications include Salesforce Platform Developer II or other Salesforce certifications, government agency experience, consulting or systems integrator experience, MuleSoft, Gearset, Git, Jenkins, Copado, Azure DevOps, Experience Cloud portals, Salesforce CMS, Salesforce AI technologies, complex migrations, modernization, multi-org implementations, and secure development or compliance experience.
