Full Stack Engineer, Experimentation

Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable and performant experimentation and data-driven product solutions.
- Build backend services and frontend user experiences with attention to usability and maintainability.
- Collaborate with senior engineers on architectural decisions affecting scalability and performance.
- Lead limited-scope features from definition through deployment.
- Identify and troubleshoot performance issues and improve service reliability.
- Implement and iterate on features with product managers, engineers, data scientists, and designers.
- Participate in code reviews and write clean, maintainable, well-tested code.
- Improve observability, monitoring, and operational excellence.
- Investigate and resolve production issues, occasionally partnering with customer support or other teams.
- Collaborate across functions to align priorities, surface blockers, and improve workflows.
Requirements
- At least four years of hands-on experience building full-stack web applications.
- Knowledge of software engineering principles, design patterns, and coding best practices.
- Exposure to building or maintaining scalable, production-grade systems.
- Familiarity with observability practices and tools such as logging, metrics, and monitoring.
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure is a plus.
- Experience with CI/CD practices and tools.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills in a team-oriented environment.
- Ability to work in Agile development environments and adapt to a fast-paced, evolving organization.
- Prior experience working with distributed teams is a plus.
- Familiarity with TypeScript, React, Node, and Go is preferred but not required.
