Base Salary
$146k - $200k/yr
Responsibilities
- Contribute to the design, development, and maintenance of scalable solutions for experimentation.
- Collaborate with senior engineers on architectural decisions.
- Lead limited scope features from definition to deployment.
- Identify and troubleshoot performance issues.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to implement new features.
- Participate in code reviews to support code quality.
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code.
- Contribute to improving observability and operational excellence.
- Investigate and resolve production issues.
- Align on priorities and improve team workflows.
- Support a culture of growth and continuous improvement.
- Stay current with industry trends in software development.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience building full stack web applications.
- Familiarity with Typescript, React, Node, and Go is preferred.
- Solid grasp of software engineering principles and coding best practices.
- Exposure to building or maintaining scalable, production-grade systems.
- Familiarity with observability practices and tools.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) is a plus.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills.
- Comfortable working in Agile development environments.
- Experience with CI/CD practices and tools.
- Passion for writing high-quality code.
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
