Responsibilities

Design, develop, test, and maintain Salesforce software to resolve defects and implement user stories.
Develop expertise in Mastercam’s critical business processes and support broader business-area responsibilities over time.
Monitor system performance, conduct audits, and implement updates to maintain functionality.
Coordinate with other engineers on implementation approaches and participate in code and technical reviews.
Evaluate and recommend software-development tools, technologies, and processes.
Integrate an acquired company into Mastercam and Sandvik processes, with emphasis on compliance and financial controls.

Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Mathematics, or Engineering, or equivalent experience.
4–5 years of experience developing on the Salesforce platform.
Proficiency in Salesforce declarative development, including fields, objects, flows, and permissions.
Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and Salesforce APIs.
Strong understanding of Salesforce security, data modeling, and best practices.
Experience with Sales Cloud and Service Cloud is required; Revenue Cloud experience is a plus.
Experience with source control, peer reviews, unit testing, and agile software development.
Salesforce Platform Developer I, Salesforce Platform Developer II, or Salesforce Administrator certification is a plus.
Ability to use or rapidly learn AI-enabled tools and automation to improve productivity and operational effectiveness.
Strong written and verbal communication, organization, time management, problem-solving, analytical, and multitasking skills.
