Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Design, build, test, support, and continuously enhance AI-enabled enterprise applications and business solutions.
- Use agentic coding and AI-assisted development practices to rapidly deliver scalable, production-ready applications and automation.
- Translate ambiguous business challenges into practical technical solutions and define solution architecture and implementation approaches.
- Partner with business stakeholders to understand objectives, identify root causes, and communicate technical tradeoffs and delivery plans.
- Ensure solutions satisfy security, audit, compliance, governance, scalability, maintainability, and enterprise engineering standards.
- Collaborate with Cloud Engineering, Integration, and Data teams to leverage enterprise platforms, data assets, and integration capabilities.
Requirements
- At least 6 years of software engineering, application development, or solutions engineering experience.
- At least 4 years of experience building enterprise back-office solutions while working directly with business stakeholders.
- At least 3 years of experience with TypeScript, Node.js, Python, databases, APIs, and modern application architectures.
- At least 3 years of experience building cloud-native solutions using Azure and/or AWS, including landing zones, Key Vault, and managed identity.
- Full-stack software development experience and a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 1 year of experience with agentic coding tools and AI-assisted development methodologies, such as Claude Code or equivalent.
- Preferred experience includes Copilot Studio, Azure AI Foundry, Microsoft Graph, Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, Microsoft Fabric, Purview, Deltek Costpoint, Workday, Boomi, ERP integrations, financial systems, workflow automation, and AI-enabled engineering standards.
