Base Salary

$204k - $255k/yr

Responsibilities

Explore, shape, and develop new product experiences alongside cross-functional partners.
Design and implement scalable Android practices across the Reservation Management team.
Champion the Android community and mentor other engineers.
Lead investments into new technical capabilities for product innovation.
Develop prototypes to validate ideas while considering long-term technical implications.
Translate prototypes into high-quality, scalable, and maintainable production code.
Write unit and integration tests and review code from other engineers.

10+ years of industry experience.
Bachelor’s and/or Master’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
Expertise in building high-performance and scalable consumer Android applications, preferably using Kotlin and Jetpack Compose.
Solid engineering and coding skills with an understanding of data structures and asynchronous programming.
Ability to mentor and grow junior engineers and set best practices for Android development.
Personal projects demonstrating technical excellence and product sense.
Willingness to work outside of comfort zones and show motivation for personal growth.
Interest in innovations within the mobile industry.
Nice to have: demonstrated design and UX sensibilities.
