Responsibilities

Requirements
- 8+ years of experience as a software engineer.
- Experience with React/TS, Python, or other modern programming languages.
- Proven track record of shipping user-friendly features.
- Ability to switch between different technical stacks and learn new ones.
- Strong collaboration skills with product, design, and stakeholders.
- Holistic problem-solving approach and willingness to learn from mistakes.
- Experience leading projects and mentoring others.
- Passion for improving Discord as a user.
